Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Time

After processing, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.

United States: 7–10 business days after processing

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays that are outside of our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CAMILLE is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at wearetoday.co@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
